Well I am no cook =), but just wanted to let you know that the "Taste of Thai" products make some pretty descent Thai Food. I used their peanut sauce and added carrots, chopped peanuts, sprouts and green beans. Here's a pic: 
P.S. We had Edamame and Egg drop soup as side dishes

I'm going to have to try these products out! I really miss my favorite Thai restaurant in Indiana but we do have a Thai restaurant and market down the street that I'm going to have to try!
